Welcome to visit online or offline. I am going to work and study in another city, I have to transfer this room to others.

You don't need to bring sheets or buy a lot of stuff, I left the basic necessities here so you can move in right away.

The contract deadline is September 30th. I will provide the contract between me and the landlord as a verification of legality and help you register your residential address at the local citizen office.

The furnished room is located in a shared flat in our newly renovated old building. The flat is equipped with bathrooms and two spacious, modern kitchens and there is a bright and cosy communal area that you will share with other young people. The kitchen has an oven and dishwasher, There are public laundry and other facilities.

Community: Here is the housing project of Collegium Academicum. it is mainly for students. Since it is a short-term rental, ordinary office workers are also allowed to live there.

We are creating a communal living and educational space for over 200 young people here on the former US Hospiltal site with a focus on sustainability.

We also have a large communal garden, outdoor seating areas and a large event room where concerts, parties, etc. take place regularly.
