Du hast 2 nebeneinander liegende Zimmer mit 15 und 10 qm mit deinem eigenen Bad, Flurbereich, Wandschrank und separatem Eingang.
Insgesamt für dich ca. 45 qm

Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand mit direktem Blick auf die Felder und Weinberge. Zum Haus gehören 2 Gärten, ein nicht einsehbarer Vor-Garten mit Rasenfläche und Sitzgelegenheit und ein noch größerer eingewachsener Garten von 300qm neben dem Haus. Sowie 3 Stellplätze ohne Überdachungen.

Wir bewohnen ein ganzes Haus als 3er WG und jeder wohnt in seinem privaten Bereich auf einer der 3 Etagen. Die offene Küche mit Ess- Wohnbereich und eine Art Wintergarten mit insgesamt 50 qm liegt zentral in der mittleren Etage. Dort ist der Treffpunkt für gemeinsames Kochen und Essen.

Ich gründe die WG neu und träume von 2 passenden Mitbewohnern, ideal wäre ein Hobbykoch und ein Hobbygärtner. Das Profi-Allroundhandwerk übernehme ich. Selbstverständlich ist die WG von einer langjährigen wöchentlichen Raumpflege- und Wäschefachkraft betreut.
