Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Es ist mit seinen 13,6 qm geräumig und durch 2 große Fenster gut erhellt, außerdem steht vor der Fensterfront ein wunderschöner großer Baum, der immer nett anzusehen ist. In jedem Zimmer der WG gibt es ein Waschbecken mit einem Spiegel darüber, wodurch Stau im Badezimmer stark reduziert wird. Zu dem Zimmer gehört auch ein kleiner Schrank der unter dem Waschbecken steht. Im Zimmer gibt es reichlich Steckdosen an allen Wänden, wodurch man viel Freiheit hat in der Raumeinrichtung.

The room is being rented without any furniture. It has 13,6 square-meters and is spacious as well as bright, due to 2 big windows. Outside the windows you can see a very big and beautiful tree, that's always nice to look at. Every room in the apartment has a bathroom sink and a mirror above it, which helps reduce the waiting time to get to the bathroom. The room also has a small cupbord for underneath the sink, where you can store your hygiene products. You can find electricity outlets all over the room, so you have a lot of freedom when it comes to setting up your furniture.
Die WG befindet sich in Rohrbach in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Nahe der Wohnung befindet sich ein schöner Berg mit Wanderweg und Aussichtspunkt.
Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ein Penny, der zu Fuß 5min entfernt ist und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Aldi und DM sind ca. 15min zu Fuß entfernt.
Die nächste Tram-Haltestelle ist der "Eichendorffplatz" und zu Fuß von der Wohnung maximal 5min entfernt, mit der Tram 24 hat man eine direkte Anbindung an den Hauptbahnhof und mit der 23 kommt man direkt zum Bismarckplatz.

The apartment is located in Rohrbach in a calm living area. Near the apartment there is a hill with a hiking trail and a nice viewpoint, where you can see part of Heidelberg from above.
The closest shopping option is Penny, which you can reach within 5 minutes of walking distance and a bit further away there are Rewe, Aldi and DM, at a walking distance of around 15 minutes.
The nearest Tram-Station is called "Eichendorffplatz", which you can reach within a walking distance of max. 5 minutes. There you are connected to the main train station via Tram 24 and to the Bismarckplatz via Tram 23.
Die WG besteht aus 4 netten, berufstätigen Frauen im Alter von 28-42 Jahren. Wir bemühen uns gemeinsam etwas zu unternehmen, allerdings klappt das aufgrund der verschiedenen Arbeitszeiten nur manchmal. Daher ist die Küche unser Treffpunkt, wo wir gerne gemeinsam quatschen, kochen und essen. Das WG-Leben ist an sich ruhig, aber man kann sich darauf verlassen, nach Feierabend noch ein paar nette Gesichter zu sehen und bei Bedarf mit jemandem zu quatschen.
In der WG gehen alle sehr rücksichtsvoll miteinander um und wenn man nach einem langen Tag mal Zeit für sich braucht, wird das auch respektiert.
Bei uns gibt es einen Putzplan, wöchentlich ist eine Person dafür zuständig die Gemeinschaftsräume zu putzen und während der Woche den Müll rauszubringen, dadurch hat man auch ein paar Wochen Ruhe, wenn der eigene Dienst vorbei ist :)
Wir haben außerdem eine WG-Katze namens Lilly, diese ist gemeinsam mit einer der Mitbewohnerinnen eingezogen. Lilly ist sehr entspannt und zutraulich, sie verbringt ihre Zeit sowohl in der Wohnung als auch draußen.
!! Wir nehmen jedoch leider keine Erstsemester Studenten an !!

The roommates are 4 very nice women, who are all currently working and our age range is 28-42 years old. We try to plan activities together, though it is often hard to find a date that works for everyone, due to our different working schedules. Therefore we like to meet in the kitchen, where we sometimes cook and eat together or just have a chat. In general the atmosphere is very relaxed, but you can be sure to have someone to talk to after coming home.
We treat each other with respect and empathy, so if you need some time to yourself after a stressful day, that's totally fine too.
We have a weekly cleaning schedule, each week one person is supposed to clean the kitchen/ bathroom/ hallway and bring out the trash during that week.
We also have a cat living with us, she's called Lilly and belongs to one of our roommates. She is very relaxed and friendly and spends her time in the apartment as well as outside.
!! Unfortunately we do not accept first-semester Students !!
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Keller des Hauses sowie einen Trockenraum, diese werden mit allen Hausbewohnern geteilt, funktioniert allerdings ziemlich problemlos.
Das GEZ und Internet läuft über eine der Mitbewohnerinnen und kostet im Monat 14,65€/ pro Person.

We have a washing machine in the basement of the house, as well as a room to dry your clothes. Both are shared with the other residents of the house, which works pretty well and is unproblematic.
The radio-tax and internet subscription is paid by one of the roommates and costs each person 14,65€/ per month.
