Da ich ab Mitte Februar ein Praktikum in Wien antrete, würde ich gerne mein WG Zimmer (möbiliert) für die angegebene Zeit untervermieten (das zimmer wäre also auch ende Februar schon vervügbar).
Das Zimmer ist mit ~26m² sehr groß, aber auch sehr gemütlich. Es hat 3 große Fenster und direkten Zugang zum Balkon! In dem Zimmer befinden sich Bett, einige Regale, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Komode, und zwei große Kleiderschränke.
Zudem haben wir auch ein urige Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, und ein WC. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung an einer sehr ruhigen Straße :)

As I am starting an an internship in Vienna in mid-Febuary, I would like to sublet my room (move-in mid february or beginning of March).
The room is quite large (26m²), but still very cosy. In the room, you’ll find a desk, a bed, two wardobes, a dresser and some shelves.
We also have a cute kitchen, and separate bathrooms for toilet and shower/bath. The apartment sits on a very cute and quiet street so its always very peaceful :)
Eine Gehminute entfernt finden man den Rohrbach Markt. Hier gibt es ein paar nette Restaurants und Cafés. Mann ist auch in Zwei Minuten im Wald 🌲
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Eichendorffplatz ist 4 Minuten entfernt. Von hier kommt man in ~15 Minuten in die Altstadt oder in ~18 Minuten zum Neuenheimerfeld. Es gibt auch einen Penny, Rewe, Aldi, DM und Tegut in der Nähe.

Just a one minute walk away is the Rohrbach Markt, where you‘ll find some cute cafes and restaurants. We‘re also just a street over from the forest!
The Eichendorfplatz tram station is a ~4 minute walk away, and from here you can reach the old town in 15 min (via the 23) or the Neuenheimerfeld in 18 min (via the 24). There‘s also a Penny, Rewe, Aldi, DM, and Tegut in the area.
Das WG Leben ist sehr familiär. Ich wohne seit einem Jahr in der WG. Sina ist gerade in Australien aber kommt in April wieder. Ben wohnt am längsten in der WG aber zieht leider bald aus, aber der Robin zeiht dann in seinem Zimmer rein und er ist auch ein sehr coolen dude :)
Wir machen sehr gerne WG abende wo wir zusammen kochen, ein Film gucken, oder ein Spieleabend machen. Wir studieren alle noch. Es ist und daher auch wichtig dass wir Ruhe-/Lernphasen einhalten können. Wie haben einen Freundschaftlichen und respektvollen Umgang miteinander :)

Life in the flat is very comfortable and family like. I’ve been living here for about a year or so. Sina is currently living in Australia until april. Ben has been living here the longest, but is sadly leaving us soon. His room will be taken however by Robin who‘s also a very nice guy!
We love having WG-evenings where we’ll cook together, watch a film, or play some games. We are all still in our studies or working so it’s important that we all have quiet time when we need it. Generally we’re a very peaceful and respectful WG!

- Parken findet man super leicht an der Straße.
- Ansonsten würde ich mich freuen, wenn du dich gut um meine Pflanzen kümmern könntest!
