PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN OFFER TO BOOK A SINGLE ROOM WITH SHARED KITCHEN, BATHROOM AND TOILET SO YOU ARE NOT RENTING THE ENTIRE FLAT.
14 square meter room with 100 cm wide bed, cabinet to store personal items , desk, and TV. Windows with shutters.
Large, fully-equipped kitchen (shared) including microwave and oven, bathroom (shared) with shower and separate toilet.
TV, free WI-FI and phone including free LAND-LINE calls within Germany.
Please note that if you register your domicile with the city of Heidelberg, you will be billed a personal TV/radio/smartphone licence fee (Rundfunkbeitrag) of currently 17.50 Euros per month to be paid by you. The fee is a personal fee that all residents have to pay even if they do not watch TV or radio. It is not a utility and therefore not included in the rental price.
Prices are non-negotiable and price is for 1 person only.

20 MINUTES TO CITY CENTRE
Supermarket 10 walking minutes, tram and bus at 5 walking minutes.
Absolutely safe neighborhood, 10 minutes to Penny supermarket, restaurants, bakeries and drugstores.
The tram line 24 takes you all day long, every 10 minutes, from the Heidelberg train station to Rohrbach Ortenauerstraße, the ride takes only 15 minutes and from there it is only a 5-minute walk to the flat.
To get to the old town, take tram 23 to Bismarckplatz. It is a 15-minute ride.
To get back to the flat, take tram line 23 again if you travel until 12:08 a.m., after that, take the moonliner bus M1. It is available until 4:38 a.m. and goes every 30 to 60 minutes.
A taxi costs about 12 Euros from the flat to the old town.
Usually, 1 flat mate in the other bedroom, or, airbnb/booking.com guests staying a few days.
HOUSE RULES
By booking you and all booked tenants agree to be bound by these terms. Please inform all other tenants about these house rules. Feel free to ask questions!
► No parties or events
►No unconfirmed guests or visitors – night or day. Failure results in eviction from premises without refund or - at my own discretion - 25 Euros surcharge per day for each unconfirmed guest/visitor.
► Sound carries in our house. We provide rubber-soled slippers, PLEASE use them always in the flat.
► No noisy activities at all times, quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Sundays and holidays.
► Tenants are liable for all damages caused during their stay including illegal Internet use.
► Room temperatures are limited to 22 degrees Celsius from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and 18 degrees Celsius from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please be reasonable with shower times.
► Let in fresh air at least twice per day, especially in bedrooms and after cooking.
► Shower before 10 p.m. or in the morning and leave the bathroom door open after showering. Wipe out the shower and sink with a towel and remove water from the furniture/faucets. It only takes 2 minutes. Please also remove any hair from the shower and sink.
►Trash separation (explained upon arrival) is obligatory.
► Please clean up after yourself. All tenants are expected to clean all spaces roughly once per week and leave the apartment fully cleaned on the day of checking out. Otherwise, I will clean for you and charge 25 Euros per cleaning hour.
►Please open the windows when/after cooking.
