Hey Ihr Lieben!
ich vermiete mein Zimmer in unserer 2er-WG, da ich ein Auslandsjahr mache. Mein Zimmer wird von Mitte August bis Ende Mai frei sein. Wir suchen jemanden, der über den ganzen Zeitraum das Zimmer mieten möchte.
Zusätzlich wird das Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin für ein Semester ab September frei (falls du also schon jemanden weißt, mit dem du ein Semester zusammen wohnen möchtest, ist das auch möglich).
Wir wohnen in einer sehr schönen und voll ausgestatteten Wohnung in der Weststadt.
Zur Wohnung:
Ausstattung: Voll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allen notwendigen Möbeln, die in der Miete enthalten sind. Es gibt eine eigene, nagelneue Waschmaschine.
Räume: Wir haben ein kleines, aber gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Couch und einen großen Flur. Dein Zimmer ist ebenfalls komplett möbliert.
Side note: Das Bad ist sehr klein, man gewöhnt sich aber schnell dran :)
Sonstiges: Die Wohnung ist ideal für Studierende, die eine zentrale Lage und ein freundliches WG-Leben schätzen.
Was wir suchen:
Wir suchen eine nette Untermieterin für mein Zimmer. Es wäre toll, wenn du genauso offen, entspannt und humorvoll bist, wie wir und gut in unsere kleine Wohn-Gemeinschaft passt.

I'm renting out my room in our shared flat for 2 people as I'm doing a year abroad. My room will be available from mid-August to the end of May. We are looking for someone who would like to rent the room for the whole period.
In addition, my roommate's room will be available for a semester starting in September (so if you already know someone you would like to live with for a semester, that is also possible).
We live in a very nice and fully equipped apartment in Weststadt.
About the apartment:
Equipment: Fully furnished apartment with all necessary furniture included in the rent. There is a brand new washing machine.
Rooms: We have a small but cozy living room with a couch and a large hallway. Your room is also fully furnished.
Side note: The bathroom is very small, but you will get used to it quickly :)
Other: The apartment is ideal for students who appreciate a central location and a friendly shared flat.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a nice subtenant for my room. It would be great if you are as open, relaxed and humorous as we are and fit in well with our small flat-sharing community.

Lage: Sehr zentral in der Weststadt, nahe des P11 Cafés. Die Straßenbahn ist 2 min zu Fuß entfernt (zum Glück hört man in der Wohnung nicht viel davon).
Campus Bergheim ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In die Altstadt gelangt man in maximal 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Das Beste an der Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall der Ausblick über die ganze Weststadt!
Location: Very central in Weststadt, close to the P11 café. The tram is a 2-minute walk away (luckily you don't hear much of it in the apartment).
Campus Bergheim is a 5-minute walk away. You can get to the old town in 10 minutes by bike at most.
The best thing about the apartment is definitely the view over the whole of Weststadt!
Über uns:
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist PoWi- und Germanistik Studentin, sehr aufgeschlossen und immer für ein Bierchen oder einen Kaffee zu haben. Unsere WG-Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt, da wir viel Zeit in der Bib verbringen ist unser Zuhause eher ein Rückzugsort. Gerne laden wir aber auch FreundInnen ein und kochen oder trinken ein Wein zusammen. Wir suchen jemanden, der gut zu uns passt und das WG-Leben genauso genießt wie wir.
About us:
My flatmate is a PoWi and German student, very open-minded and always up for a beer or a coffee. Our flat-share atmosphere is very relaxed, as we spend a lot of time in the library, our home is more of a retreat. But we also like to invite friends over and cook or drink wine together. We are looking for someone who fits in well with us and enjoys living in a shared flat as much as we do.
