Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 Quadratmeter groß und hat ein Fenster durch das viel Tageslicht kommt. Das Fenster zeigt zur Straße. Übernommen werden könnten ein Schrank (vor 6 Monaten neu gekauft), und ein Regal. Ansonsten wird das WG Zimmer unmöbliert weitervermietet. Das Zimmer hat einen Feuermelder, eine Heizung und eine Jalousie.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, in der Weststadt. Bis zum Bahnhof sind es nur 10 Minuten und das Einkaufen kann im nahegelegenen EDEKA oder Aldi erledigt werden. Trotz der Ausrichtung des Zimmers zur Straße, ist es sehr ruhig.
Zusammenleben würdest Du mit einem 23-jährigen Jurastudenten. Ihr teilt euch die große, gut ausgestattete Küche, das Bad und einen großen, in den Innenhof ausgerichteten Balkon. Die WG wurde vor 1 1/2 Jahren renoviert, ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und kann das mit einem Putzplan auch bleiben ;)
Im Haus gibt es auch noch eine andere WG.
Fahrräder können im Innenhof abgestellt werden und zu der WG gehört auch noch eine kleine Abstellkammer in der eine Waschmaschine steht.
