Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und hell mit großen Fenstern auf den Balkon und Holzboden. Die Fenster sind auf der Seite zum Innenhof, dementsprechend ist es relativ ruhig. Ein Bonus ist ein großer begehbarer Kleiderschrank, außerdem gibt es ein Bett mit viel Stauraum, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein bequemer Sessel und zwei Kommoden.
I’m subleting my bright and cozy room with a wooden floor and big windows facing the balcony. The windows are facing away from the road, therefore the room is relatively quiet. A bonus is the big walk-in closet, and additionally there is a big bed with lots of storage space, a desk with a chair, a comfortable arm chair and 2 dressers.
Unsere Wohnung liegt an der Lessingstraße, von dort aus sind es etwa 5 min zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof, von wo Bahnen in alle Richtungen fahren. Außerdem ist man in weniger als 5 min an der Haltestelle Ringstraße, wo die Bahn 22 Richtung Bismarckplatz und Eppelheim fährt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10-15 Minuten in der Altstadt, im Neuenheimer Feld und in der Bahnstadt.
Our flat is located on the Lessingstraße, from where you can reach the main station in 5 min on foot where public transport in all directions is available. Even closer is the tram station Ringstraße, from there you can catch the tram line 22 to Bismarckplatz and Eppleheim. By bike you can reach the old town, Neuenheimer Feld and Bahnstadt within 10-15 minutes.
Wir freuen uns, dich in unsere nette 3er-Wg aufzunehmen! Wir sind alle eher ruhig und sind unter der Woche die meiste Zeit an der Arbeit, treffen uns aber gerne ab zu auf einen Kaffe oder zu einem Spieleabend in der Küche.
Deine Mitbewohnerinen sind Yasmin und Kuheli.
Yasmin macht grade ihere Ausbildung zur Psychotherapeutin und is deshalb viel mit der Arbeit beschäftigt. In ihrer Freizeit spielt sie gerne Spiele, geht bouldern und strickt Socken.
Kuheli ist Biologin, arbeitet an der Universität in Heidelberg und kocht gerne.
Ich (Meike) schreibe grade meine Masterarbeit in Bio und bin über Weihnachten 2 Monate in Neuseeland zu Besuch bei meinem Freund und möchte für den Zeitraum gerne mein Zimmer untervermieten.
We look forward for you to join our 3-Person flat share! During the week we are mostly busy with work, but we love to meet every once in a while for coffee or a games night in our kitchen.
Your flatmates will be Yasmin and Kuheli.
Yasmin is currently training as a Psychotherapist and is therefore at work a lot, but in her free time she likes to play games, go boulding and knit socks.
Kuheli works as a Biologist at the university in Heidelberg and enjoys cooking.
I (Meike) am currently writing my master’s thesis in Biology and will visit my boyfriend in New Zealand for two months over Christmas and would therefore like to sublet my room for that period.
Falls Du interesse hast, mein Zimmer für die zwei Monate, die ich weg bin zu mieten, würden wir uns sehr freuen von Dir zu hören! Schreib uns einfach eine Nachricht, in der du dich kurz vorstellst und dann können wir einen Termin zur WG-Besichtigung irgendwann nächste Woche (11.-15.11.) vereinbaren.
Das Zimmer wird ab dem 22.11. frei und ich komme am 20.01. wieder, die Ein- und Auszugsdaten können wir aber auch gerne etwas flexibel vereinbaren.

The room will become available on the 22.11. and I will come back on the 20.01., but we can areange move in/out dates somewhat flexible to accommodate your preferences :)
