As the icing on the cake, you have a magnificent view over the city from your room and can enjoy the fantastic sunsets from your balcony.
Unsere WG befindet sich über den Dächern der Stadt am Oberen Gaisbergweg. Damit is es bei uns ruhig und grün aber trotzdem bist du mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Den Hauptbahnhof erreichst du mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten, das Neuenheimer Feld in 15 Minuten und den Uni-Platz in 10 Minuten.
Im Umkreis von 3 Minuten erreichst du zu Fuß die S- & Straßenbahn, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und alles ws man sonst so braucht.
Die Nähe zum Wald ist besonders für sportbegeisterte und unternehmenslustige Menschen ein Traum. Ob für spontane Nachmittage in der Natur, zum Joggen oder Mountainbiken.

Our flat is located above the rooftops of the city on Oberer Gaisbergweg. This makes it quiet and green, but you can still be in the city center in just a few minutes by bike. You can reach the main train station by bike in 10 minutes, Neuenheimer Feld in 15 minutes and Universitätsplatz in 10 minutes.
Within a 3-minute walk you can reach the S-Bahn or tram, as well as shops, cafés and everything else you need.
The proximity to the forest is a dream, especially for sports enthusiasts and adventurous people. Whether for spontaneous afternoons in nature, jogging or mountain biking.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Niklas und Anton. Niklas arbeitet im Nachhaltigkeitsbereich, spielt Fussball und liebt das Reisen. Anton ist in den letzten Zügen seines Physiotherapeuten Studiums und macht leidenschaftlich Sport - Ob Eishockey, Triathlon oder Thaiboxen. Wir sind eine aktive Truppe und viel unterwegs. Daher würden wir uns natürlich über ebenso lebendigen Zuwachs freuen.
Wir quatschen gerne mal beim Abendessen oder einem Bierchen/ Weinchen in der Küche und helfen einander wenn mal Bedarf sein sollte. Wir schätzen ein offenes Miteinander und das Maß an Rücksicht, das ein WG Leben angenehm macht. Bisher war alles sehr harmonisch und so soll es auch bleiben. :-)
Wenn du lebensfroh und unproblematisch bist und Lust auf WG-Leben hast, dann könnte unsere WG genau das Richtige für dich sein!

Your flatmates are Niklas and Anton. Niklas works in the sustainability sector, plays football and loves traveling. Anton is in the final stages of his physiotherapy studies and is passionate about sports - whether it's ice hockey, triathlon or Thai boxing. We are an active group and have hobbies. That's why we'd naturally be delighted to welcome an equally lively new member.
We like to chat over dinner or a beer/wine in the kitchen and help each other when needed. We value an open relationship and the level of consideration that makes living in a shared flat pleasant. So far, everything has been very harmonious and we want to keep it that way. :-)

Das zimmer wird zum 1.1.2025 frei. Bei Bedarf wäre aber auch schon ein Einzug ab Mitte Dezember möglich.
