I am looking for someone who wants to take over my room! The room is small but very bright thanks to huge windows it has. It is also quite easy to clean and keep up with, and the heating also very easy thanks to the size. The room is furnished, with a bed, a wardrobe, an office chair, and a desk. The desk is a different one from the photo and it is bigger in size.
There are also a lot of shops close by, EDEKA is 3 minutes by foot, ALDI Süd and Kaufland is 10 minutes by foot. There are also great restaurants and cafes like Cafe Nomad within 5 minutes walking distance.

Ich suche einen Nachmieter :) Das Zimmer ist klein, aber dank der großen Fenster sehr hell. Es ist auch recht einfach zu reinigen und zu pflegen, und dank der Größe ist das Heizen sehr unkompliziert. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und verfügt über ein Bett, einen Kleiderschrank, einen Bürostuhl und einen Schreibtisch. Der Schreibtisch ist ein anderer als auf dem Foto und etwas größer.
In der Nähe gibt es viele Geschäfte: EDEKA ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, ALDI Süd und Kaufland sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt auch tolle Restaurants und Cafés wie das Café Nomad, die innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind
The great part about the house is its location. It is Weststadt, the Römerkreis Süd tram stop is 1 minute by foot, or another very central tram/bus stop, Stadtbücherei, is 6 minutes by foot, which allows for you to go to pretty much everywhere in the city. You can go to Bismarckplatz in under 10 minutes, and to the Im Neuenheimer Feld campus under 15 minutes

Es befindet sich in der Weststadt, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Römerkreis Süd ist nur 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt, und eine weitere zentrale Haltestelle für Straßenbahn/Bus, die Stadtbücherei, ist 6 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von dort aus kann man so gut wie überall in der Stadt hinkommen. Man erreicht den Bismarckplatz in weniger als 10 Minuten und den Campus Im Neuenheimer Feld in weniger als 15 Minuten.
