Da ich ab dem 1.3 einen Job in einer anderen Stadt beginnen werde, biete ich mein möbeliertes
WG-Zimmer für den Monat März zur Untermiete an. Am 01.04 zieht wieder der Hauptmieter ein.

Es ist ein relativ neu renoviertes Haus mit 3 Etagen, auf denen jeweils 3 Studierende leben.
In dieser Etage teilst du dir mit 2 anderen ein Bad und eine Küche. In der Küche ist alles nötige und nützliche (z.B. Geschirrspülmaschine) vorhanden. Im Keller befinden sich zwei Waschmaschinen, sowie Wäscheständer zum trocknen.

Das Zimmer liegt in der oberen Etage und ist ruhig gelegen.
Die Wohnung ist nahe (ca. 2 Minuten) an der Straßenbahnstation Wieblingen Mitte gelegen und auch zum Neckar ist es nicht weit.
Der nächste Supermarkt (Rewe und Aldi) ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Since I will be starting a new job in another city on March 1st, I am offering my furnished room in a shared apartment for sublet for the month of March. The main tenant will move back in on April 1st.

The apartment is in a relatively newly renovated house with three floors, each housing three students. On this floor, you will share a bathroom and a kitchen with two others. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary and useful appliances, including a dishwasher. In the basement, there are two washing machines and drying racks available.

The room is on the top floor and is in a quiet location. The apartment is conveniently situated about a 2-minute walk from the Wieblingen Mitte tram station and is also close to the Neckar River. The nearest supermarkets (Rewe and Aldi) are a 10-minute walk away.
