Single room is available from July 25th, 2024. The room is equipped with two closets, a single bed, a desk and a chair.
The washing machine and beautiful bathtub are in the bathroom. In addition, the bathroom and toilet are separate. We have a large, very well-equipped kitchen, there is everything you can dream of. (Microwave, oven, stove, Airfryer, Sodastream, toaster, coffee machine, etc.) The rent for the room is €420 (including WiFi, heating, electricity, etc).
Location:
We live in Ziegelhausen in a somewhat quieter area. A big plus point is that you can quickly reach the bus station on foot (2 minutes), and a beautiful area of forest can also be reached in just a few minutes. An Edeka, pharmacy, bank, doctor, post office, etc. is nearby (5-10 minutes on foot). It takes 10-15 minutes by bus to get to the old town.
Flat share type:
Life in a shared apartment is pretty relaxed and quiet. You share the flat with Marie, who is currently studying American Studies, Nawres, who is training to become a hotel manager, and Madhura, who is pursuing her Master’s degree in Data Science. They are very cool people, you can always have a nice chat/ There are usually four of us, as I am travelling to India, I am subletting my room for 45 days.
There is a large kitchen, the dishes and utensils can be used by everyone. We share a fridge and each has a compartment in the freezer.
