Hallo, ich suche einen Nachmieter da ich Ende Februar ausziehen werde. Das Zimmer und Wohnung sind schon vor Möbliert. Mit Bett (130x90) Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank gibt es noch recht viel platzt zu leben. Das Zimmer kriegt ganz Tages durch schönes Licht. Die Wohnung ist erst drei Jahre alt und somit mit vielen auf dem letzten Stand. Die Küche die komplett ausgestattet ist und einem Esstisch für 4 Personen hat, ist zusammen mit dem Wohnzimmer, welches aus zwei Sitzstühlen besteht, verbunden. Das Bad hat eine Dusche, Waschbecken und WC und ziemlich viel weiteren Platz, gegenüber befindet sich noch eine Abstellkammer mit einer Waschmaschine. Das Zimmer ist durch die Dachschräge nur 11m² groß aber von dem Grundriss ist es 15m² groß (siehe Grundriss Zimmer 1) jedoch wegen der Dachschräge wir etwas abgerechnet.
Hello, I am looking for a new tenant as I will be moving out at the end of February. The room and apartment are already furnished. With a bed (130x90), desk and wardrobe, there is still a lot of space to live in. The room gets beautiful light all day long. The apartment is only three years old and is therefore very recent. The kitchen, which is fully equipped and has a dining table for 4 people, is connected to the living room which consists of two chairs. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet and quite a lot of space, opposite there is a storage room with a washing machine. The room is only 11m² in size due to the sloping ceiling, but based on the floor plan it is 15m² in size (see floor plan for room 1) but we charge a little because of the sloping roof.
Die WG befindet sich im Stadtteil Ziegelhausen ein ziemlich ruhiger Ort, jedoch befindet sich innerhalb von 5 Minuten die Bushaltestelle und die Busse fahren oft in die Stadt rein wo man weitere Öpnv Anschlüsse findet. Man braucht ca 20 min nach Heidelberg rein. Der Wald ist auch in der Nähe und ist ziemlich schön ruhig und groß. Als Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gibt es ein Aldi und Edeka als auch eine Bäckerei und weiters.
The shared apartment is in the Ziegelhausen district, a quiet place, but the bus stop is within 5 minutes and the buses often go into the city where you can find further public transport connections. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Heidelberg. The forest is also nearby and is pretty, quiet and big. There are Aldi and Edeka shops nearby, as well as a bakery and more.
Es ist eine reine Frauen WG, die bis jetzt eine reine Zwecks WG ist. Man trifft sich in der Küche und redet miteinander, aber sonst ist jeder für sich. Kommunikation untereinander als auch der Mieterin funktioniert friedlich und gut, wenn man fragen oder anliegen hat kann man ohne Probleme diese mitteilen. Es sind keine Raucher und Haustieren erlauben.
It is a purely women's shared apartment that is currently purely a functional shared apartment. People meet in the kitchen and talk to each other, but otherwise everyone is on their own. Communication between each other and the landlord works peacefully and well. If you have any questions or concerns, you can communicate them without any problems. There are no smokers, and no pets allowed.
Bei Interesse einfach anschreiben, dann kann man sich für eine Besichtigung einigen. Ich brauche jemanden der mindestens bis September bleiben kann.
