Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem großen Haus unter dem Dach und ist wirklich riesig, etwa 35 qm. Da das Haus erst 2020 neu gedämmt wurde, hält sich auch im Winter die Wärme recht gut, sodass wenig geheizt werden muss. Im Sommer gibt es einen Ventilator und eine Jalousie, sodass es nicht viel zu heiß wird. Es gibt ein großes Badezimmer mit zwei getrennten Duschen und ein weiteres Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss.
The room is to be found under the roof in a spacious house and is itself very big, aprox. 35 square meters. The house was newly renovated in 2020 and insolated. Therefore, it even stays warm in winter and not much heating is needed. In summer it doesn't get too hot thanks to the fan and the venetian blind. There is a large bathroom with two seperate showers and another bathroom in the basement.
Das Haus befindet sich im Herzen von Kirchheim. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist etwa 50 m entfernt - weniger als eine Minute. Und die nächste S-Bahn-Haltestelle Kirchheim/Rohrbach kann in 5 Minuten erreicht werden. Auch Supermärkte gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Innenstadt kann in 20 min mit dem Fahrrad oder 30 min mit der Straßenbahn erreicht werden.
The house is located in the heart of Kirchheim. The nearest tram station is about 50 m away - less than one minute walk. And the S-Bahn station Kirchheim/Rohrbach can be reached in 5 min by walking. Different supermarkets are nearby. The center can be reached within 20 min by bike and within 30 min by tram.
Du würdest mit 5 anderen zusammenleben: Anika, Svea, Leon, Johannes und Sebastian, die alle sehr offen sind. Alle sind miteinander befreundet und wir verbringen öfter mal Abende zusammen und planen gemeinsame Aktivitäten für das Wochenende. Aber es ist natürlich auch total in Ordnung, me-time zu verbringen und sich zurückzuziehen.
You will be living with 5 others: Anika, Svea, Leon, Johannes and Sebastian who are all very open-minded. Everyone is friends with each other and we often spend evenings together and plan activities for the weekend. But it is perfectly fine as well to spend me-time and be on your own.
