Es verfügt über bodentiefe Fenster, die auf einen Südbalkon führen, und bietet eine ideale Wohn- und Lernatmosphäre. Küche und Badezimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die großen, ruhigen Grünflächen der Umgebung. In der Wohnung sind ganz neue Fenster und Rollläden eingebaut. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert, kann aber nach Absprache auch voll möbliert werden. Zusätzlich verfügt das Zimmer über einen eigenen großen Kellerraum. Ein Fahrradkeller sowie ein Trockenraum stehen im Haus zur Verfügung. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine großzügige Grünanlage, die gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden kann.

It features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a south-facing balcony, offering an ideal living and studying environment. The kitchen and bathroom are spacious and well-equipped. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and offers a beautiful view of the large, quiet green spaces surrounding the building. Windows and shutters in the apartment were newly installed. The room is partially furnished but can be fully furnished upon request. In addition, the room comes with its own large basement storage space. There is also a bicycle cellar and a drying room available in the building. A spacious communal green area is located in front of the house.

The apartment is located in the beautiful Südstadt, offering both convenient access to public transport and a quiet living environment. Derzeit wohnen zwei Studentinnen in der WG. Eine der Studentinnen wird Ende September ausziehen, um mit ihrem Freund zusammenzuleben. Ein früherer Einzug ist nach Absprache möglich.
Currently, two students are living in the WG. One of the students will move out by the end of September to live with her boyfriend. An earlier move-in is possible by arrangement.
