Das Zimmer ist 16 Quadratmeter groß und hat ein schönes großes Fenster. Die Wohnung ist eine Altbauwohnung und frisch saniert, daher besticht die Wohnung mit seinen für Altbauwohnungen typischen hohen Decken. Möbel für das Zimmer müssen noch mitgebracht werden, der Rest der WG ist schon möbliert. Die WG darf einen Teil des Gartens mitbenutzen.
Die Wohnung liegt in Heidelberg Kirchheim ziemlich zentral. Die Straßenbahn 26 ist zu Fuß in 3 Minuten zu erreichen und ist in 10 Minuten am Heidelberger Hauptbahnhof. Zur Pädagogischen Hochschule sind es ca. 20 Minuten. In 5 Minuten Laufnähe gibt es einen Lidl. Rewe, Aldi und dm sind auch ganz in der Nähe. Parkplätze innerhalb des Wohngebiets sind auch vorhanden.
In der WG wohnen Linus und Lisa. Linus studiert Sonderpädagogik im zweiten Semester und Lisa studiert Grundschullehramt, beide an der Pädagogischen Hochschule Heidelberg. Die WG ist keine Zweck WG, wir haben gerne abends zusammen gekocht oder eine Runde Wii gespielt. Dennoch hat jeder die Möglichkeit, sich auch einmal zurückzuziehen.
Das Zimmer sollte ab dem 15.10.24 übernommen werden.
