Das Zimmer ist 20m2 groß, hat ein großes Bett, mehrere Schränke, sowie eine kleine Couch und einen Schreibtisch. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, sind die Fenster sehr breit, sodass immer genug Lichts ins Zimmer kommt. Die Wohnung liegt an einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße. Da ich nur 16 Wochen weg bin, werde ich einige Sachen im Zimmer lassen, aber keine Sorge es wird genug Platz für deine Sachen geben.
Die Wohnung hat außerdem noch eine Küche, 1 Toilette mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, ein Gast-WC, ein Wohnzimmer und die 3 Zimmer meiner Mitbewohner.
Fahrradparkplatz im Innenhof auch vorhanden.
The room is 20m2, has a large bed, several wardrobes, as well as a small couch and a desk. As you can see in the pictures, the windows are very wide so that there is always enough light in the room. The flat is located on a calm street. As I will only be away for 16 weeks, I will leave some things in the room, but don't worry there will be enough space for your things.
The flat also has a kitchen, 1 toilet with shower and washing machine, a guest toilet, a living room and the 3 rooms of my flatmates.
Bicycle parking also available in the inner courtyard.
Handschuhsheim ist wahrscheinlicht das schönste Viertel in Heidelberg, viele kleine und große Läden, mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe (Penny, Rewe, Bio-Laden), ein Markt am Samstag Vormittag und die malerische Tiefburg. Die Wohnung liegt 3 Gehminuten entfernt zur Haltestelle "Kapellenweg" (Straßenbahn 5 und 26), sowie (nicht mal) 10 Minuten Fahrrad zum Neuenheimer Feld und zum Bismarckplatz/Altstadt.
Handschuhsheim is probably the nicest neighbourhood in Heidelberg, many small and large shops, several supermarkets nearby (Penny, Rewe, organic food shop), a market on Saturday mornings and the picturesque Tiefburg. The flat is a 3-minute walk from ‘Kapellenweg’ stop (trams 5 and 26) and (not even) 10 minutes by bike to Neuenheimer Feld and Bismarckplatz/Altstadt.
Meine Mitbewohner sind drei arbeitstätige/forschende junge bzw. jung gebliebene Menschen (26, 27 und 41 Jahre alt), die Abends oft für ein gutes Gespräch oder ein geteiltes Mal in der Küche bereit sind. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, doch jeder hat seine nötigen Freiräume. Es gibt einige Sachen in der WG die wir uns teilen (Putzzeug, Klopapier, Waschmittel, Öl und Gewürze, Brot und Obst), wenn du lieber deine eigenen Sachen benutzt ist das jedoch kein Problem. Außerdem haben wir einen rotierenden Putzplan.
Ich selbst bin noch Student (Medizin) und werde 16 Wochen ein Praktikum in Frankreich machen, deswegen die Untervermietung.
My flatmates are three (also english-speaking) working/researching young or young-at-heart people (26, 27 and 41 years old) who are often available for a good chat or a shared meal in the kitchen in the evening. We enjoy time together, but also respect the time and space of everyone. There are a few things in the flat that we share (cleaning materials, toilet paper, washing powder, oil and spices, bread and fruits), but if you prefer to use your own things, that's not a problem. We also have a rotating cleaning schedule.
I myself am still a student (medicine) and will be doing an internship in France for 16 weeks, hence the subletting.
Das Wichtigste ist:
- Ein gesundes Grad an Sauberkeit und die Bereitschaft die Wohnung laut dem Putzplan zu putzen.
- Freundlichkeit gegenüber deinen Mitbewohnern :)
