Hey everyone! 😊
I’m moving out in December to live with a friend, so my lovely, light-filled room will be available soon! It’s about 16 square meters with two large windows that let in lots of natural light and offer a charming view.
Our WG is incredibly friendly and relaxed, with a wonderful group of people who are mostly vegetarian and always up for shared activities. We often cook together, especially when it comes to watch something on the TV. In the summer, we love making pizza or having barbecues on our spacious balcony, and Sunday breakfasts are a weekly tradition. There are regular movie or series nights, and you’ll always find someone around for a chat or a laugh.
The room is on the first floor and shared with three others. We have a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. There’s a large balcony, and we often hang out with our neighbors from upstairs, joining in on activities like baking desserts, board game nights, and coffee chats. For those who love nature, there’s a forest nearby that’s perfect for hiking, which we enjoy on weekends.
Transportation is very convenient here! There’s a bus stop right in front of the house, and a train station only 5 minutes walk away, making it easy to reach the city.
This WG has been my first home in Germany, and it’s been a truly welcoming place where I’ve always felt comfortable being myself.
The rent for the room is €440 per month, excluding utilities. A parental guarantee is required to secure the rental. Furniture is not included
