Hi, I'm looking for a new tenant to take over my room in a 2-person flatshare. Rent is all inclusive (heating, water, electricity) except for radio/TV tax and internet. Room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, cabinets, desk and chair as well as a couch and coffee table! Kitchen is well equipped with a microwave and oven. We also have a washing machine with a dryer.
Centrally located in Weststadt - 15 minutes of a walk to Hbf or 4 minutes to the closest tram stop - you can be in the city centre in 15 minutes:)

Reach out if you're interested! I'd like to move out by end of January but exact date of move in is flexible and can be discussed. I'm currently sharing the space with one other flatmate, who is also moving out in February so the other room will also free up soon!

Flat is located in a quiet neighborhood of Weststadt, well connected to the city. Nearest tram stop, Christuskirche, is 4 minutes by walk. Hbf is a 15 minute walk and 8 minutes to Alois Link Platz.
