Das Zimmer enthält einen Schrank, ein Bett mit Matratze sowie einen kleinen Tisch und einen Sessel, welche beim Einzug übernommen werden können. Strom, Heizung sowie Internet sind im Mietpreis inkludiert, ganz ohne Nachzahlungen. Die WG hat neben der Gemeinschaftsküche mit Spülmaschine, Ofen und Elektroherd ein Tageslichtbad sowie ein Gäste-WC.
Die WG liegt in einem Studentenwohnheim in ruhiger, naturnaher Lage. In 5 Minuten Fußweg gibt es einen Edeka und einen Bäcker.
Mit Bus und Bahn sind Hauptbahnhof, Bismarckplatz sowie der Stadtteil Neuenheim problemlos zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man den Hauptbahnhof innerhalb von 6 Minuten. Auch mit dem Fahrrad sind alle wichtigen Knotenpunkte in HD gut erreichbar.
Alle Mitbewohner gehen rücksichts- und respektvoll miteinander um. Es gibt einen einfachen Putzplan, um sich gemeinsam und die Gemeinschaftsräume zu kümmern. Über eine gemeinsame Whatsapp-Gruppe bleiben wir immer informiert, wenn es ein WG Meeting geben soll oder man schnell und einfach Informationen weitergeben möchte, die die gesamte WG betreffen. Wir leben in lockerer Atmosphäre zusammen und pflegen einen einfachen Umgang miteinander.
