The room is fully furnished and equipped with a nearly new bed, desk, desk chair, bookshelf, and a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe. If you have your own furniture you'd like to bring, this can be arranged in consultation with the landlord.
In October, we thoroughly cleaned the entire apartment and added new furniture, including a vacuum, dining table, and dining chairs, to make the space even more comfortable.
The apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchen featuring a dishwasher and an oven, which makes cooking here very convenient and enjoyable.
The rent, including all utilities (warm rent), is €615.
The room has access to the shared inner terrace, which is a perfect place to relax or barbecue, especially during summer.

Im Oktober haben wir die gesamte Wohnung gründlich gereinigt und neue Möbel angeschafft, darunter einen Staubsauger, einen Esstisch und Stühle, um den Wohnkomfort zu erhöhen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine und Backofen – ideal für alle, die gerne kochen.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 615 € und umfasst alle Nebenkosten.
Das Zimmer bietet zudem Zugang zur gemeinsamen Innenterrasse, die ein toller Ort zum Entspannen oder Grillen ist, besonders im Sommer.
The WG is located in the heart of Heidelberg, on the 1st floor (with an elevator).
* 5 minutes walking distance to the main train station.
* 10 minutes by bike or public transport to Neuenheimer Feld (University, University Hospital, DKFZ) or the Old Town (University faculties for law, humanities, etc.).
* Supermarkets, cafes, and all the amenities of the city center are easily reachable on foot.
For cyclists, there is storage space in the courtyard or underground garage. If you have a car, an underground parking spot can be rented for approx. €50/month.

* Supermärkte, Cafés und alle Annehmlichkeiten der Innenstadt sind bequem fußläufig erreichbar.
Für Fahrräder gibt es Abstellflächen im Innenhof oder in der Tiefgarage. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz kann für ca. 50 €/Monat angemietet werden.
Our WG consists of four people in total: 2 women and 2 men. It’s a very quiet and peaceful environment, perfect for studying or relaxing after a busy day.
The flatmates are friendly, considerate, and maintain a clean and respectful atmosphere in the shared spaces.

The rent includes all utilities (water, heating, electricity). We also have a high-speed internet connection with up to 1000 Mbps, organized by one of the current flatmates.
The room is available from January 15th, but if you can only move in from February 1st, that would be okay too. Feel free to reach out with a short introduction about yourself if you’re interested in the room or would like to schedule a viewing.
