Ich vermiete mein möbliertes Zimmer vom 1. Februar bis Ende März in einer 6er WG im INF134. Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer in einer Maisonette-Wohnung, Ihr potentielles Zimmer wäre also auf einer Etage zwischen zwei anderen Zimmern + Küche + WC. Das Zimmer hat auch einen kleinen Balkon. Ich ziehe aus dem Zimmer aus, daher wäre es möglicherweise möglich, mit dem Studierendenwerk eine unbefristete Übernahme des Zimmers ab dem 1. April zu vereinbaren.

Hi,
I'm subletting my furnished room from 1st of February till the end of March in a 6er WG in INF134. It's a room in a duplex, so your potential room would be on one floor amongst two other rooms + Kitchen + Toilet. The room also has a small balcony. I'm moving out of the room so it might be possible to arrange with studierendenwerk to take over the room for a permanent contract from the 1st of April.

The building is in Im Neuenheimer Feld, it's in a quite area next to many university buildings and student facilities. Campus Im Neuenheimer Feld bus stop is 5 minutes by foot. Mathematikon and the university library are a 10-12 minutes walk.
You share the kitchen and toilet with two other flat mates, a bigger kitchen is available upstairs too.
