Hello there!
We are looking for a new flatmate, either student or working, important that you are respectful, calm and clean!
The room is 10sqm big in a 3er WG. The rent is pretty cheap, for that there are some downsides but also good things about it. The apartment is in Bergheim area, bus stop on the corner and Altstadt is just 10mins away.
About the flat:
- the price is 340€ warm
- in the flat lives Eva (me) and Grigori, we both are working/studying and busy in our lives.
- I have a cat named Coco, so we are strictly looking for a flatmate who has NO ALLERGY for cats and has general tolerance by having a cat around.
- it's a shared flat, with a shared kitchen, bathroom with toilet and a separate guest toilet.
- the bathroom is renovated, but the kitchen is pretty old and the most common area looks old as well.
- the flat has no washing mashine (at least for now)! The nearest washing salon is 5mins away.
- the room is unfurnished! There is only a desk with a chair and little mountable closet. No bed and etc.
- the room is available from 15.03 and for long term (preferably 1 year at least).
