The room on the upper floor is available for shorter periods of use, i.e. guest scientists, especially for international students for internships at the University Hospital or the DKFZ or for a stay for a practical “year”.
Bathroom use for two students each, the equipped kitchen and the large beautiful dining area for all 4 students together. You can cook and eat together.
Ab sofort frei, bevorzugt für befristete Aufenthalte. Das EG wird derzeit privat genutzt. Das Zimmer im OG steht gerne für kürzere Nutzungszeiten bereit, also Gastwisssenschaftler, besonders für internationale Studentinnen für Praktika an der Universitätsklinik oder dem DKFZ oder für einen Aufenthalt für ein Praktisches "Jahr".
Badezimmer Nutzung jeweils für zwei Studentinnen, die ausgestattete Küche und der große schöne Eßbereich für alle 4 Studentinnen zusammem. Sie können zusammen kochen und essen.
The ADDITIONAL COSTS are calculated as a lump sum. They include electricity, water, hot water, heating, garbage fees, insurance, cleaning. No room cleaning. Cleaning of bathroom and kitchen is the responsibility of the tenant. No bed accessories, no bed linen, no router.
There is no billing.
