Hallo liebe WG-Suchende,

es ist schön, dass ihr hier drauf geklickt habt! :-) das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten, hat einen wunderschön aufgearbeiteten Echtholzfußboden und eine große Fensterfront. Die gesamte WG ist super renoviert worden, es gibt 2 Bäder für 5 Leute und in der Küche sind alle Geräte die man so braucht.

Das zweite Zimmer hat 28m² und kostet 415 € kalt und ebenso 105 € Nk-Pauschale.

Das Haus steht im Südviertel von Heilbronn. Ein paar Straßen weiter beginnt schon wieder die Kernstadt. Ein Edeka und ein Lidl sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Außerdem ist der Burgerking easy zu Fuß zu erreichen ;-) Die Hochschulen sind beide gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, aber eine Bushaltestelle ist auch nicht weit.

Ein paar aus der WG sind schon echt lange hier, andere erst seit 1-2 Jahren. Die WG ist also gut zusammengewachsen und wir suchen hier daher auch jemand der wirklich rein passt. Dieses "WG feeling" hin zu bekommen ist uns wirklich wichtig, es soll hier so ein bisschen wie ein echtes Zuhause sein :-)

Wir haben uns natürlich schon ein paar Gedanken gemacht, wie du am Besten sein solltest :-) Daher wäre es super, wenn du uns ein bisschen was über dich schreibst. Einfach das wir halt zumindest schon mal grob wissen, wie alt du bist und was du so treibst ;-) Insta + Facebook sind willkommen.
