Da ich im Januar in eine neue Wohnung ziehe, würde ich mein jetziges WG-Zimmer gerne vermieten. Ich werde am 13. und 14.1. ausziehen, also könntest du am 15. oder 16.1. einziehen. Das zimmer gehört mir noch bis Ende Februar. So lange kannst du dort wohnen. Die gesamte Miete für diesen Zeitraum beträgt 250€ (Strom-, Wasser- und Internetkosten inklusive). Wenn gewünscht werde ich einen Teil meiner Sachen hier lassen (e.g. Küchensachen, TV, Bett, Tisch), die meisten werd eich allerdings schon mit in die neue Wohnung nehmen.
Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschinen und einen Trockner.
Busverbindungen nach Helsinki und innerhalb Espoos sind sehr gut (Reisezeit nach Helsinki etwa 20-25 Minuten).Ein kleines Einkaufszentrum mit Supermärkten (Lidl u.a.), Klamottengeschäften, McDonald´s, Bücherläden etc. ist auch in der Nähe (ca. 10 Gehminuten).

Insgesamt gibt es 3 Zimmer in unserer WG. In einem wohnt Liz, eine Russin und in dem anderen wohnt Neh aus Kamerun.
