Das Zimmer ist ca. 17qm groß und kann möbliert oder unmöbliert gemietet werden.
Zur Mitbenutzung ist die Küche, ein großes Ess- und Wohnzimmer, sowie unser kleiner Garten.
In 10 Gehminuten ist die Gräfenbergbahn zu erreichen, die in ca. 5 Minuten Fahrzeit am Nordostbahnhof in Nürnberg ankommt. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell auf der A3 und die WG ist in Flughafennähe.
In wenigen Gehminuten ist man im Wald und auf der Wiese. Schönes Freibad im Ort vorhanden.
Wir sind im moment drei Erwachsene und ein Kind im Alter von 2 Jahren. Alle drei Erwachsenen sind berufstätig und im Alter von 37 bis 45.
Gemütliches Zusammensitzen und gemeinsames Kochen gehören dazu, ebenso wie der Rückzug ins eigene Zimmer. ;)
In der WG wohnen noch drei Katzen und im Garten ein Bienenvolk.
