The room is quite large, and contains a single bed, a large wardrobe, a large table, a bedside table and a chair. The large windows offer lots of natural daylight, and faces onto a quiet side street.
The apartment has a central living area with couches and a coffee table, two bathrooms (one containing a washing machine), one kitchen, two fridge/freezers and a large balcony.
The apartment is close to lots of public transport options (Ostendstrasse S-bahn, Zoo Ubahn, Nr.11 Strassenbahn), and close to many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.
All of the flatmates are women who are studying or working. We are all very friendly to each other, and sometimes find time to go out for a drink together, or share dinner, or even go to a concert. We share some basic costs (dish soap, toilet paper, etc) and have a cleaning roster.
While we are all very friendly and try to socialize together often, it is not easy to find time when all five flatmates are free at the same time :-P
WLAN is shared in the apartment, and the cost for the WLAN is included in the rent.
