Das zu mietende Zimmer ist 18qm groß. Direkt am Zimmer gibt es einen Balkon, auf dem du morgens deinen Kaffee in der Sonne genießen kannst; am Nachmittag geht das auf dem anderen Balkon im Nebenzimmer. Die Decken sind recht hoch und der Boden ist aus mega schönem Fischgrätparkett.
In der WG gibt es eine gemütliche Küche mit vielen Gewürzen und einer Sofabank. Das ist gleichzeitig auch unser Wohnzimmer. Es gibt ein großes Bad mit toller Dusche und Badewanne, sowie eine getrennte Toilette.

The room for rent is 18 square metres. There is a balcony right next to the room where you can enjoy your coffee in the sun in the morning, and in the afternoon you can do so on the other balcony in the next room. The ceilings are quite high. There is a wardrobe, a bed, a desk and other furniture to store things.
There is a cosy kitchen in the shared flat with lots of spices and a sofa bench. There is a large bathroom with a great shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Oststadt, man kommt mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb weniger Minuten an wichtige Orte. Bahnhof ist fußläufig in zehn Minuten easy erreichbar.
Um die Ecke ist die Steingrube, das ist ein Park mit großem Spielplatz, auch für Erwachsene ;) (Parkour, Skateboard…).

The flat is located in the eastern part of the city, you can get to important places by bike within a few minutes. The trainstation is within easy walking distance.
Around the corner is the Steingrube, which is a park with a large playground, also for adults ;) (parkour, skateboarding...).
Wir leben zu fünft in unserer wunderschönen Altbauwohnung und sind entweder noch am Studieren oder bereits fertig und am Lohnarbeiten.
Zwar gehen wir auch mal gern feiern, aber dann lieber außerhalb unserer Wohnung :)

Wir haben uns alle sehr lieb und suchen eine Person, die das WG-Leben genauso sehr schätzt wie wir. Daher würden wir es schön finden, wenn du deinen Lebensmittelpunkt ebenfalls in Hildesheim hast. Außerdem sind wir im Herzen alle Foodies - gutes Essen ist uns wichtig. Da wir unsere Lebensmittel teilen, kochen wir normalerweise auch direkt immer für alle mit. Wenn alle also im Durchschnitt 1,4 mal in der Woche kochen, gibt es jeden Abend Abendessen! :D
Five of us live in our beautiful old flat and are either still studying or already finished and working on our wages.
We do like to go out partying sometimes, but we prefer to do it outside our flat :)

We all like each other very much and are looking for someone who appreciates the shared flat life as much as we do. That's why we'd love it if you also lived in Hildesheim. We're also all foodies at heart - good food is important to us. As we share our food, we usually cook for everyone at the same time. So if everyone cooks on average 1.4 times a week, there's dinner every night! :D
