In unserer 6er WG ist ab sofort ein richtig großes Zimmer mit 35m2 im Erdgeschoss und direktem Zugang zur Terrasse und zum Garten frei. Dieses Zimmer ist großzügig geschnitten, sympathisch möbliert und enthält eine Wohnzimmerecke mit Buffet, Sofa, einen Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett (140*200cm), Nachttisch, Arbeitsbereich mit Schreibtisch und einem großen Kleiderschrank. Eigene Sachen können gerne noch mitgebracht werden.
Die WG hat eine gut eingerichtete Küche mit Induktionsherd und Backofen, großem Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, 3 Bäder (im EG Toilette und Waschbecken, im 1. OG Dusche, Wanne, 2 Waschbecken und Toilette und im 2. OG Dusche, 1 Waschbecken und Toilette), eine Waschmaschine im Heizungs-/Trockenraum kostenfrei für alle nutzbar, dort ist genügend Platz seine Wäsche zum Trocknen aufzuhängen, schnelles WLan (bis 250 MBit/s). All dies ist im Mietpreis/NK enthalten, Rundfunkgebühren werden auch bezahlt. Wohnungsgeberbestätigung ist kein Problem.
Bettwäsche, Kissen, Bettdecke und TV kann auf Wunsch gegen kleine Gebühr gestellt werden.
Zum Haus gehört ein kleiner Garten mit Terrasse, der bestimmt im Sommer Spaß macht, ihn zu nutzen.
Die Reinigung der Allgemeinflächen muss unter den Bewohnern organisiert werden.
Dieser Raum kann mit 1-2 Personen bewohnt werden. Im Falle von 2 Personen kommt es zu einem Aufpreis von +100€ für die vermehrten Verbrauchskosten.

One really big room (35m2) is available from now on in our 6-person flatshare house. This room in the ground floor has direct access to the terrasse and the garden. It is furnished with a queen-size bed (140 * 200), bedside table, a big wardrobe, working-desk and a living area with sofa, buffet. You are welcome to bring as well your own things.
The shared places in this house is a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob and oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, 3 bathrooms (toilet and sink on the ground floor, shower, tub, 2 sinks and toilet in the bathroom of the 1st floor, and shower, 1 sink and toilet on the 2nd floor), a washing machine in the cellar can be used free of charge by everyone, there is enough space to hang up your laundry, there. There is fast WiFi (up to 250 Mbit / s), all of this is included in the rental price with the sidecosts, broadcasting fees are also paid. Registration under this adress is well possible.
Bed linen, pillows, duvet and TV can be provided on request for a small fee.
The house has a small garden with a terrace, which is sure to be fun to use in summer.
The cleaning of the common areas must be organized among the residents.

Das Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Reihenmittelhauses mit Garten und Terrasse im Sachsenring in Hofheim-Marxheim.
Es sind vom diesem Haus nur ein paar Schritte zur Bushaltestelle. Der Bus fährt zum Hofheimer Bahnhof (13min), alternativ ist man in 5min mit dem Fahrrad da. Vom Hofheimer Bahnhof fahren tagsüber 15 minütlich die S-Bahn S2 nach Frankfurt (20min zum Hauptbahnhof). Mit dem Auto ist man im Nu auf der A66, außerdem gibt es jede Menge Autoabstellplätze, einen Garagenparkplatz haben wir auch, der zusätzlich gemietet werden kann.

The room is located in the ground floor of a semi-detached house with own, little garden and terrace in the Sachsenring in Hofheim-Marxheim.
It is only a few steps from this house to the bus stop. The bus is directing to the Hofheim train station (13min), alternatively you can be there within 5min by bike. The S-Bahn S2 to Frankfurt (20 minutes to the main train station) departs 4 times per hour from the Hofheim-station.
Using a car, you are located very centrally to the motorway, the A66 will be reached in a few minutes. There are also plenty of parking spaces in the neighbourhood, if you wish, we dispose of one garage parking space, that can be rented to you.
