Haus mit Hund (super zahmer Labrador).
Das Haus hat 6 Zimmer, 2 zur Zeit nicht benutzt.
Das Zimmer welches vermietet werden soll ist noch im Aufbau und wird zeitnah fertig gestellt. Fernsehanschluss, Internet Anschluss und Strom ist vorhanden :)
3-5 min vom Bahnhof entfernt. Ruhige Siedlungslage. Bis in den Ort sind es 5-10 min mit Rad.
Zur Zeit wohne ich mit meinem Labrador hier und bin berufstätig über Tag. Ansonsten mache ich zur Zeit abends eine online Weiterbildung bis ins nächste Jahr und bin damit gut beschäftig. Ansonsten wenn kann der Garten gerne mitbenutzt werden, wo man dann eventuell ein wenig bei der Gartenpflege beteiligen darf.
Es gibt noch ein Garagen und Werkststt Gebäude am Haus, wo Fahrräder und Gartensachen stehen.
Im Garten gibt es eine Feuerstelle. Sitzmöglichkeiten und viel Rasenfläche
