Hallo! Ich bin Jonas, 34 Jahre, und teile hiermit meine gemütliche Pendler-Wohnung in Holzminden.
Die Wohnung liegt praktisch für alle, die in der Gegend arbeiten oder studieren.
Das Zimmer hat komfortable 18qm, ist schön hell dank großer Fenster und hat charmante hohe Decken.
Das Badezimmer bietet ein Tageslicht Fenster und eine Badewanne sowie eine Dusche. In der Küche, gibt es einen kleinen Balkon, wo gelegentliches rauchen dir oder Besuch frei steht, ich selbst rauche kaum.
Eine Spülmaschine und eine gute Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
___LAGE___
Beide Symrise-Werke sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Mit dem Bike in 5 - 10 Minuten.
Ebenfalls zu Fuß sind es auch nur ca. 15 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof.
In ca. 10 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt, es liegt also eher zentral. Das Internet ist Top und über eine Mitnutzung kann man gerne reden.
