Grosses, gemütliches Wg Zimmer mit Parket Boden und eigenem Balkon
Die Wohnung befindet sich über Akifs Bistro.
Entfernung zum Bus und zum Edeka circa 1 Minute, Entfernung zur Uni 5 min mit dem Fahrrad/ 20 min zu Fuß.
In der Wg leben Sebastian und Leo. Sebastian arbeitet als Physiotherapeut und ist tagsüber viel unterwegs, Leo studiert Medizin in der Uniklinik.
Beide sind sehr nett und gerne zum quatschen in der Küche zu haben. Generell würde ich das Wg Leben als “alles geht, nichgs muss”.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und hat eine grosse Terasse die im Sommer wirkich toll ist.
Bisher hat der Vermieter keine Schufa (request now) / keinen Nachkommenseinweis verlangt.
