Room
This spacious and fully furnished room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It comes with a bed, wardrobe, shelf, desk, table, and a cozy sofa. Moving date is flexible.
A fully furnished room is available in 5- shared WG in cappelalle 5. The house is just 2 minutes away from Bus stop and the the university is also close. Room is fully furnished. Please note that you have to take the furniture from me. It includes bed, mattress, wardrobe, cupboard, study table, chair, Sofa and a small decorative table for sofa and shelf space in a newly bought cupboard in the kitchen (bought it recently with two of my other roommates). Please understand that you will have to take over the furniture to rent the place.
***ONLY GIRLS
The house is shared by 5 girls now and that's why I am only planning to give it to girls.
**FACILITIES
We have a big kitchen in the ground floor for everyone with a big freezer and also a dish washer. A washing mache is in the basement for common use. There is enough keller space to keep your stuff.
The first floor has two rooms and two bathrooms (one with bath tub and the other with toilet) which is only shared by the residents of first floor.
**NEBENKOSTEN
Cold rent is 260 euros and extra costs is 150. Including everything, your rent is 410 euros per month.
This extra costs include everything as in electricity, water, WiFi and radio tax
Please note that a roommate is currently handling the contracts and you have to pay her 150 euros by 27th of the previous month.
**CHORES
Since the common space is shared by everybody, there are tasks divided between people and have to be done regularly. (When you can't for any reason, roommates are very nice to help each other)
**DEPOSIT
Have to be discussed with the vermieter.
