Ich gebe mein WG Zimmer in zentraler Lage ab 15.12. ab. Möbel können bei Bedarf übernommen werden, ich verschenke sie sonst alle. Es ist nichts besonderes aber für mich hat es gut funktioniert.
Es gibt folgende Möbel:
- Bett inkl Matratze und Lattenrost
- Schreibtisch inkl Stuhl und Rollcontainer
- 2 Regale

Das Zimmer hst zwei Fenster zur Strasse hin. Man kommt durch das WZ hinein.

Mitten in der Innenstadt in Homburg, fussläufig zu Läden, Bushaltestelle nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Zur Uni mim Rad 15Min

Wir sind alle berufstätig mit unterschiedlichen Tagesrhythmen.
Kim (m) ist im sozialen Bereich tätig und arbeitet mit Jugendlichen.
Nati hat gerade ihr Zahnmedizinstudium in Homburg abgeschlossen und aktuell auf Jobsuche und wird dann auch ausziehen.

Kim möchte eine 2er Männer WG an Anfang nächsten Jahres eröffnen, sobald auch Nati ausgezogen ist. Daher besteht als Typ die Option auch in der 2er WG zu bleiben (jeder dann mit 2 Zimmern)
