Das Zimmer ist im 2 OG, mit schönem Blick ins Grüne. Insgesamt ist das bewohnte Haus sehr großzügig geschnitten.
Könnte auch wichtig sein:
- unser Haus steht exponiert auf einem Hügel, mit Sonnenterrasse & Blick in die Alpen
- wir verstehen uns als offenes Haus, Gäste sind willkommen
- Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt
- in der Küche steht ein Klavier, manchmal gibts da auch überraschend ein schönes Konzert
- das Zimmer kann mit in Absprache mit jetzigem Mitbewohner oder ohne Möbel übernommen werden

Each of us has a full life, but we also like to cook together, play board games & have good conversations
The room is on the 2nd floor, with a beautiful view of the countryside. Overall, the house we live in is very spacious.
This could also be important:
- our house is exposed on a hill, with a sun terrace & view of the Alps
- we see ourselves as an open house, guests are welcome
- unfortunately pets are not allowed
- there is a piano in the kitchen, sometimes there is a surprisingly nice concert
- the room can be taken with or without furniture

Wir wohnen 15 Minuten entfernt vom Bahnhof Huglfing. Mit dem Zug sind es 10 Minuten nach Murnau am Staffelsee. Hier kann man wunderbar wandern, Mountainbike fahren und andere outdoor Aktivitäten machen. Nach Weilheim sind es mit dem Zug 5 Minuten und nach München 45 Minuten. In Huglfing gibt es einen Edeka der zu Fuß bequem zu erreichen ist und einen Bioladen.
Wir sind eine entspannte Runde, machen alle gerne Sport und Musik. Wir kochen gerne mal zusammen oder spielen etwas am Abend. Jedoch hat jeder von uns sein eigenes zufriedenes Leben.
