Hi zusammen
In meiner 3-Zimmer Wohnung ist ab dem 01.12.20 bis 30.06.21 ein befristetes Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 m2 groß und wird unmöbeliert übergeben.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage im 2. OG und verfügt über eine geräumige Küche mit Spülmaschine, WC inkl. Badewanne, Keller, Waschküche inkl. Tumbler. Zudem hat es in der Wohnung ein weiteres, kleines unbewohntes Zimmer mit einem großen Kleiderschrank, welcher auch von Dir genutzt werden kann.
Ein Parkplatz kann für ca. CHF 50-60 dazugemietet werden.
Beim Mietzeitraum bin ich etwas flexibel:
- Möglich wäre ein Einzug ab dem 01.12.2020 oder 01.01.2021.
- Die Mietdauer muss mindestens 3 Monate ab Einzugsdatum betragen.
- Eine Miete über den 30.06.2021 hinaus ist nicht möglich.
Würde mich über eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in freuen.
