Da in meiner WG ein Zimmer zum 01.03.25 frei wird, suche ich eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in.

Dein Zimmer hat 14qm mit Balkonzugang (gemeinsame Nutzung).

Es liegt ruhig mit Blick in den Garten.
Küche und Bad werden ebenfalls geteilt.
Waschmasiche, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach und Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden.

Da meine Mitbewohnerin schon vorher ausziehen kann, könnte das Zimmer auch schon ab 01.02.25 übernommen werden.

Die Wohnung liegt nah zum Bahnhof und der Hochschule plus du bist in 3min fußläufig in der Innenstadt.

Ich suche eine liebevolle Person, die es ebenfalls ruhig aber auch mal lustig mag!
Für mich kommt KEINE ZWECK-WG in Frage, da ich gerne gemeinsam Koche und gemütliche WG Abende verbringe.
Mit uns lebt meine Terrier-Hündin Lotta, du solltest also auch tierlieb sein.
Gerne kannst du uns auch mal auf Gassi Runden begleiten :)

Ich selbst habe Osteopathie studiert, arbeite aber gerade in der Gesundheitsberatung und im somatischen Coaching.
Ich bin sehr ordnungsliebend und lege viel Wert auf offene Kommunination im Umgang miteinander.

Für alles weitere würde ich mich über ein persönliches Kennenlernen freuen.
