Hallo! Ich ziehe Ende Juli aus Ilmenau aus und mein Zimmer wird am 1. August frei. Es befindet sich im ersten Stock unseres Hauses, ist 12 qm groß und hat ein Fenster zu einer ruhigen Straße. Es hat hohe Decken und ist tagsüber sehr hell.
Im Zimmer habe ich ein Doppelbett, einen Nachttisch, eine Lampe, einen großen Schreibtisch und einen langen Kleiderschrank von IKEA, in dem du all deine Kleidung unterbringen kannst. Außerdem gibt es einen zusätzlichen Kühlschrank neben dem Eingang des Zimmers. Ich plane, meine Möbel zu behalten, aber wenn du sie brauchst, können wir einen fairen Preis dafür vereinbaren.😊

Hello! I am moving out of Ilmenau at the end of July and my room will be available on August 1. My cozy and bright room, located on the first floor of our building, is 12 qm and has a window facing a quiet street. It has high ceilings and is very bright during the day.
In the room I have a double bed, night table, lamp, big desk and a long wardrobe from IKEA where you can keep all your clothes. You will also have an extra fridge next to the entrance of the room. I am planning to keep my furniture, but if you need it we can arrange a fair price for it😊
Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage nur 1 Minute zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof und 12 Minuten vom Hauptcampus der Universität (und nur 4-5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad!). Es liegt in der Bahnhofstraße, und man muss nur 1 Minute bis zum nächsten Supermarkt (Kaufland) gehen. Auch das Stadtzentrum ist nur 3 Gehminuten weit weg und dort findest du mehrere Shops, Restaurants und Apotheken.

The flat has an amazing location only 1 minute walk from the main station and 12 minutes from the main university campus (and only 4-5 minutes by bike!). It is located on Bahnhofstraße, and you only have to walk 1 minute to the nearest supermarket (Kaufland). Also, the city center is a 3-minute walk away and there you can find several stores, restaurants and pharmacies.
Du wirst mit Fine (MB), Niklas (TKS) und Elias (FZT) zusammenleben. Sie sind sehr freundlich und offen für nette Unterhaltungen. Wir treffen uns an den Wochenenden auf eine Tasse Kaffee oder Tee auf unserem tollen Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Jeden Montag treffen wir uns zu einem Spieleabend, du siehst also, dass wir ein entspanntes WG-Leben haben😊. Aber du wirst natürlich auch deinen eigenen privaten Raum haben.
WG Life
You will live with Fine (MB), Niklas (TKS) and Elias (FZT). They are very friendly and open to have nice conversations. We meet on weekends for a cup of coffee or tea on our amazing balcony with nice mountain views. Every Monday we get together for a game night, so you can see we are having a nice WG life😊. But you will have your own private space to study, learn and relax.
