Hallo zusammen,
wir suchen eine(n) Mitbewohner(in) für unsere 3er WG.
Das etwa 9m² große Zimmer wäre ab dem 1. Februar beziehbar. Wohnküche ist vorhanden. Monatliche Kosten belaufen sich auf 170€ + ca.6 für GEZ. Im Preis inbegriffen sind alle Nebenkosten sowie Internet. Die WG befindet sich in der 5. Etage, geraucht werden darf nur auf dem Balkon.
In der Nähe gibt es ein Edeka sowie Aldi. Zu Fuß kann man innerhalb von 10 - 15 min an der Uni sein.
Da die Wohnung gerade auf unseren dritten Mitbewohner läuft und er ausziehen wird,müsstest du den Mietvertrag übernehmen. Besichtigungen des Zimmers sind ab sofort möglich.
