Da ich demnächt wegziehe suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer. Die Einrichtung kann gern übernommen werden (auf Anfrage schick ich auch Bilder). Es handelt sich dabei um ein 1,40m breites Hochbett von Ikea (weiß, Metall) mit integriertem Schreibtisch und Regal darunter, was die Nutzbare Fläche das Zimmers deutlich vergrößert. Außerdem befindet sich noch ein Kleiderschrank und ein kleines Regal im Zimmer.
Die Abschlagszahlung von 200€ ist Verhandlungsbasis und soll niemanden abschrecken :)
Es gibt noch eine Küche mit Esstisch und Sofa, sowie den durch die Küche erreichbaren Balkon, die gemeinsam genutzt werden.
Besichtigungen sind natürlich nach Absprache jederzeit Möglich
