Unsere 3er Studierenden-WG löst sich leider gegen Ende des Sommersemesters 2024 auf. Deswegen bieten wir dieses hell möblierte Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete vom 21.08. - 30.09.2024 an. Auch kürzere Zeiträume sind möglich.
Zum Zimmer selbst: Es ist mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Kommode und Regalsystem ausgestattet und bietet damit eine gute Grundausstattung.
Die Wohnung umfasst drei Zimmer, ein Bad, Flur sowie eine gemeinsame Küche. Vom Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Ilmenau und den Hausberg Kickelhahn.
In unter 4 Minuten zu Fuß bist du beim ALDI oder REWE, der nächsten Bus- oder Bahnhaltestelle, einem DHL Paketshop, der Sparkasse oder dem Frisör.
Zum Hauptcampus kommt man mit dem Rad in 8 Minuten, mit der (für Studenten kostenlosen) Bahn in 20 Minuten und zu Fuß in 30 Minuten. Der Stadtcampus ist nur 16 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Solltest du noch mit uns wohnen, wirst du uns sicher als ruhige und freundliche Mitbewohner kennen lernen. Ab dem Oktober 2024 sind wir weg und du kannst dein zukünftiges WG-Leben genau so gestalten, wie du es dir vorstellst.
Unser Internetanschluss bringt 100 Mbit/s auf den Tacho, bei Interesse wäre aber auch Gigabit über Glasfaser verfügbar.
Falls du ein Rad oder selten gebrauchte Gegenstände verstauen möchtest, kannst du den Kellerraum benutzen.

Our 3-student shared flat will unfortunately be dissolving towards the end of the summer semester 2024. We are therefore offering this brightly furnished room for interim rent between 21 August and 30 September 2024. Shorter timeframes are also possible.
About the room itself: It is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and shelving system and thus offers good basic furnishings.
The apartment has three rooms, a bathroom, hallway and a shared kitchen. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of Ilmenau and the local mountain Kickelhahn.
You can walk to ALDI or REWE, the nearest bus or train stop, a DHL parcel store, Sparkasse bank or hairdresser in under 4 minutes.
The main campus can be reached by bike in 8 minutes, by train (free for students) in 20 minutes and on foot in 30 minutes. The city campus is only 16 minutes away on foot.
As our flat share is being dissolved, you can organize your future life in the flat share as you wish.
If you are still living with me and Hassan, you will certainly get to know us as quiet and friendly flatmates.
Our internet connection has a speedometer of 100 Mbit/s, but gigabit via fiber optics is also available if you are interested.
If you want to store a bike or rarely used items, you can use the cellar room.
