Dein Zimmer hat gemütliche 12qm und einem wunderschönen Blick über Ilmenau und den umliegenden Thüringer Wald aus dem 4. OG.
Die Möbel im Zimmer können teilweise übernommen werden. Am besten klären wir das persönlich.
Your room has a cozy 12sqm and a beautiful view over Ilmenau and the surrounding Thuringian Forest from the 4th floor.
Some of the furniture in the room can be taken over. It's best to discuss this in person.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt zwischen Innenstadt, Bahnhof und Kaufland gelegen. Alles in unter 5 min fußläufig. Zur Uni kannst du in entspannten 15 min spazieren oder wenn du dich beeilst in 10 😉. Trotz der perfekten Lage, ist die WG sehr ruhig gelegen, da wir in einer Sackgasse wohnen und keine Fenster Richtung einer großen Straße haben. Außerdem sei unser schöner Blick über Ilmenau nicht zu vergessen.
The apartment is perfectly located between the city center, train station and Kaufland. Everything is less than a 5-minute walk away. You can walk to the university in a relaxed 15 minutes or, if you hurry, in 10 😉. Despite the perfect location, the shared flat is very quiet, as we live in a dead-end street and have no windows facing a major road. And don't forget our beautiful view over Ilmenau.
Wir sind eine gemischte WG, deine Mitbewohner studieren im Master oder Arbeiten. Wir kommen momentan alle aus unterschiedlichen Ländern und sprechen normalerweise, wenn wir zusammensitzen, englisch. Alle sprechen zumindest ein bisschen Deutsch, aber du solltest ein bisschen Englisch können, damit wir uns bei Kochabenden oder anderen WG-Aktivitäten gut verständigen können.
Jeder ist in der WG gleichberechtigt und wir treffen Entscheidungen zusammen. Gerne machen wir was zusammen, aber du kannst dich auch immer in dein Zimmer zurückziehen. Damit sich auch alle Wohlfühlen, haben wir eine App, die den Putzplan regelt 😊
We are a mixed shared flat, your flat mates are studying for a Master's degree or working. We all come from different countries at the moment and usually speak English when we sit together. Everyone speaks at least a little German, but you should know a little English so that we can communicate well at cooking evenings or other shared flat activities.
Everyone in the flat share has equal rights and we make decisions together. We like to do things together, but you can always retreat to your room. To make sure everyone feels comfortable, we have an app that regulates the cleaning schedule 😊
