The room is approx. 14 m2 and also includes a renovated upstairs attic of around 12 m2. The room is already furnished, but the furniture (bed, desk, cupboards, table, chair,...) is not included in the rental price, so you would have to pay a one payment take-over fee of 130€. The room is available from the 1st of December 2023, but if you already have some things you want to store, we can probably arrange something. :)
The room also has an electric heater which warms it up quite quickly.
The apartment is located in the city center of Ingolstadt. 2 minutes walking to the THI. 5 minutes to ZOB, REWE, and Norma. 3 minutes to Ludwigstraße (main shopping street).
You will have 3 amazing roommates (2 boys and 1 girl), who are a mix of workers, interns and students. The kitchen and bathroom are shared and include a new dishwasher, stove, various kitchen appliances and new washing machine in the bathroom. The kitchen is the communal space for chatting, cooking together and hanging out. Everyone is always open for a chat and fun activities.
We also have a little garden that you can freely use.
As mentioned before, the furniture which includes: a desk, a chair, a night table, and a bed (1,40m × 2m) is not included in the rental price, so you have to buy the furniture for €130.
The landlord is very nice and accommodating! He answers fast and will fix broken appliances etc. which is very nice. He also hands out the Wohnungsgeberbestätigung for the registration at the city/ office of immigration etc. The Kaution (security deposit) is 400€. The rent already includes all utilities (water, heating, electricity) as the landlord already includes it in the rental price as a flat rate.
