The room has a wooden mezzanine where I keep a futon bed. The window is facing the street, but it is a secondary road, so there is no traffic and very little noise. The room feels large, bright and tends to be warm in winter. The room is rented unfurnished.

The house is around the corner from the supermarket REWE, and the central bus station (ZOB). There is plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, however the house is on quiet road. From here you can walk pretty much every where in the city center.

You will be living with Chris and Moni. The house has a nice balcony and large, comfy living room. The bathroom is shared with Chris and the kitchen is shared with everyone. There is often something going on in the WG, either we have friends over, or we have dinner together. But there are also evening in which everyone is doing things on their own.

Please write a short message introducing yourself and describing what you'll be doing in Ingolstadt. Feel free to already propose a time to come for a visit. Evenings are best, so everyone will be home.

There is an underground parking spot, in case you have a car, and a small basement unit. There is also a small bike storage room.

The rent includes all costs: electricity, GEZ, heating, internet, parking spot. Besides the deposit, there is a one-time payment of €300 to cover the costs of home appliances (e.g. washing machine) and shared furniture (e.g. couch).
