Hey there! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our apparent in our fun and and friendly 5-person apartment. If you're someone who enjoys a friendly, social vibe and values a warm and welcoming atmosphere, this might just be your next home!
About the Room:
The room is 8 square meters but feels spacious with plenty of natural light pouring in, and it's equipped with everything you need: a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, and a 4x4 Kallax shelf (which we’re selling for 250 euros in total). It has a well sized window that gets plenty of light but also comes with both roller shutters and blinds. And of course, there’s a heater to keep you warm during the winter!
The Flat:
Our apartment is a cozy spot where 4 (hopefully 5 soon 😊) people from different countries (🇦🇺🇩🇪🇫🇷🇪🇸) have come together to create a true shared home. The flat features a large bathroom with a washing machine, a separate toilet, and a spacious kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. As well as a lovely balcony to watch the sunset. We also have a TV, but honestly, we end up spending most of our time hanging out in the kitchen, chatting and cooking.
The flat is located in the center of Pardl. It has easy access to 3 different trams (2,3,5) 3 buses (C,J,M) and a city bike share station. It has 3 grocery stores nearby, a post office and the shopping center Sillpark is not too far away. And for summer the huge Tivoli Outdoor Swimming Pool complex is also just 5 min walk. The entrance of the building is hidden of the street so provides an more private entrance and has a plenty of bike storage both outside and covered
We’re a social bunch who enjoy everything from movie nights and weekend outings and to just cooking together and catching up after a long day. As well as the classic Innsbruck past times, snowboarding skiing, hiking, climbing and running. English is the common language if the flat but you’ll also find speakers of German, Spanish and French. We are a mix of working and studying and while we all have our own schedules, we love spending time together both in and outside the flat
