Liebe Wohnungssuchende,

in unserer 4er WG wird zum 01.12 ein süßes und schönes Zimmerchen frei.

Alles auf einem Blick:
- 14 qm
- Miete 465€ (alles schon inkludiert)
- Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Backofen usw. vorhanden
- Bad & WC sind getrennt voneinander
- Balkon
- Abstellraum
- Kaution: 1000€

Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Stadteil Pradl. Die Bushaltestellen Pacherstraße (M und J) & Amraserstraße (C) sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt so wie die Tramstation Sonnpark (Tram 3). Mit dem Rad bist du sowieso schnell in der Innenstadt und zur Hauptuni ist es auch nicht weit.
Pluspunkt: der T&G befindet sich im gleichen Gebäude, deswegen hast du es zum Einkaufen auch nicht weit :)

Zusammen wohnen würdest du mit 3 lieben Studentinnen: Vici (Pharmazie), Lari (Lehramt u. Erziehungswissenschaften) & Chiara (Architektur).

Kaution wären 1000€ und das Zimmer würde ich unmöbiliert übergeben. Für die Waschmaschine würde ich aber noch ne kleine Ablöse verlangen.
