The room is 14 square metres in size, and is very bright because it faces south. I leave the room with the furniture (the bed for a 140x200 mattress, the desk with a chair, and the black bookcase that you can see in the photo). I'll take the mattress with me. In addition, there is a big wardrobe for clothes that belongs to the flat. All the furniture I leave for a price of 200€, and unfortunately it is not negotiable, so if you are not interested please do not apply. The rent is 375€ per month, and the deposit to be paid to the landlady is three months rent, which she will return to you if you leave everything as you found it :) Once a year you have to pay the maintenance of the boiler, which is about 65,47€ per person. We just had to pay it last month for the whole year and I ask the person who moves in to pay for it. Finally, the room will be available from about the 20th of March and I would like the rent to be paid for the days that the room is free :)
The location is very good. It is in a quiet area 10 minutes walk from the main street, Sowi is 3 minutes walk away and next to it we have Hofgarten. The street facing the window of the room is very quiet, so there is not much noise in the flat. On the other side of the building there is a construction that has been active for a few years and sometimes it is a bit noisy in some areas of the flat, especially in the kitchen in summer or in the bathroom.
In the flat right now there are six of us (Ben, Kai, Paul, Josh, Natalia and me, Lucia). In general we are all pretty sporty, and although we all have our own schedules, sometimes we do things together like cooking, going skiing, partying or just talking in the kitchen. We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and who is also willing to have a social life in the flat.
We have a garden where you can do yoga, relax or eat.
