Das Zimmer hat 15,4m^2 die Wohnung hat insgesamt 100m^2.
Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss.
Die Kaution (natürlich einmalig) beträgt 767€.
Die Wohnung liget sehr nah bei der Klinik/Uni, im schönen Stadtteil Wilten. Bis zum Inn sind es nur ein paar wenige Schritte zu Fuß.
Meine beiden Mitbewohner Jakob (23) und Konstantin (21) studiert ebenfalls Medizin. Sie kommen beide aus Vorarlberg. Deutsche brauchen jedoch keine Panik bekommen, die beiden können natürlich auch „normal“ sprechen und an die kleinen sprachlichen Eigenheiten, habe ich mich sehr schnell gewöhnt. :)
Sie sind sehr herzlich, humorvoll und kompromissfähig.
