In unserer Land-WG werden bald zwei schöne Zimmer frei (Einzugstermin 1. Mai, evtl. erst 1. Juni). Die Zimmer haben zusammen ca. 40 qm und hängen zusammen. Wir suchen also eine Person, die beide bewohnen möchte. Die Räume liegen im Erdgeschoss und gehen nach Süden zu unserem Hof raus (s. Bilder).

An Gemeinschaftsräumen gibt es eine ziemlich große Küche samt Speis, Bad mit Dusche und Wanne, separate Toilette, Waschküche, Kellerraum und Garage zum Sachen Abstellen.

Die Kosten wären 400 € Kaltmiete + 75 € Betriebskosten, dazu kommen noch Internet (25 €) Strom (aktuell 41,50 €) und Rundfunk. Beim Einzug ist eine Kaution von 1050 € zu zahlen.

Es gibt drei Stufen zur Haustür, die sich bei Bedarf auch hoffentlich mit einer Rampe überbrücken lassen.

We will soon have two free rooms in our shared house in the countryside (from 1. June, possibly 1. May). They are 40 qm together and connected, so we are looking for one person for both rooms. The rooms are on the ground floor and are both facing South, i. e. toward our courtyard (s. pix).

The communal spaces are the kitchen (quite big) with pantry, bathroom with shower and tub, separate toilet, laundry room, storage room and garage (also for storage.)

The costs are € 400 plus bills: utilities € 75, internet € 25, electricity currently € 41.50, and radio/TV fee. The deposit when moving in is € 1050.

There are three steps to the front door, which can hopefully be bridged with a ramp if needed.

Im Dorf gibt es z. B. frische Bio-Eier sowie regionales Lein- und Rapsöl. Die nächstgelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Bäckerei befinden sich in Ipsheim, das in zehn Minuten perfekt mit dem Rad erreichbar ist (ausgebauter Radweg). Vom Bahnhof Ipsheim aus hat man Anschluss an die Regionalbahn in Richtung Neustadt/Nürnberg oder Steinach.

In the village, you can buy, for example, fresh organic eggs and regional linseed and rapeseed oil. The next supermarket and bakery are in Ipsheim, which is perfectly accessible by bike in ten minutes (there is a proper cycle track). From the station in Ipsheim, you can catch regional trains to Neustadt/Nürnberg or Steinach.

Zur WG:

Uli (Mitte 40) ist freiberuflicher Übersetzer und Musiker, viel zu Hause, arbeitet selbständig und übt täglich mehrere Stunden (Lauteninstrumente, Percussion, Elektronik). Dazwischen ist er öfters mal unterwegs. In seiner Freizeit versucht er gerade relativ erfolgreich, mehr Bücher zu lesen.

Kathi (Mitte 30) wohnt eigentlich in Wien und ist max. 1-2x pro Monat da. Sie ist selbständige Service-Designern und arbeitet aktuell auf einem Projekt in Nürnberg. In ihrer Freizeit ist sie gerne draußen am Werkeln, kocht gerne oder ist sportlich am Rad oder auf der Yogamatte unterwegs.

Wir sind jeweils mit unseren eigenen Projekten gut beschäftigt, haben aber auf jeden Fall auch Lust auf lebendigen Austausch und Gemeinschaft. Hier gibt es durch den großzügigen Hof und Garten noch reichlich Potential für schöne Sachen, das wir erst begonnen haben auszuloten (die WG gibt es erst seit letztem Sommer). Frischer Schwung und Ideen sind also willkommen: Gemüse, Kräuter, Blumen, Permakultur, Kunst, Handwerk, Hoffeste sind ein paar der Dinge, die hier sehr gut gehen und mitgestaltet werden wollen. Und vielleicht fällt dir ja auch noch was ein!

Falls du ein nettes Haustier hast, würde es ihm hier übrigens vermutlich auch gut gefallen.

About us:

Uli (48) is a freelance translator and musician, spends a lot of time at home, working and practicing several hours every day (lutes, percussion, electronics). Sometimes he is away for a while. In his free time, he is currently successfully trying to read more books.

Kathi (39) normally lives in Vienna. She is around only 1-2x per month. She works as a self employed service designer, currently working on a project in Nürnberg. In her free time, she enjoys crafting outside, cooking, cycling, and Yoga.

We are both busy enough with our own projects, but we are also up for lively exchange and community. The generous courtyard and garden have abundant potential for nice things, which we only just started exploring (having lived here only since last summer). So, fresh energy and ideas are welcome: Veggies, herbs, flowers, permaculture, art, crafts, festivities are some of the things that work really well here, and that are calling for participation. And maybe you can also think of a few more things!
